Charles Guarco Obituary
Chuck was born in Stafford Springs, son of the late Aldo and Palmira (DaDalt) Guarco. He worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, retiring in 2003. Chuck liked challenging others with his political viewpoints, had numerous artistic and mechanical talents, and built his own geodesic dome. He will always be remembered for his unique sense of humor.
Chuck is survived by his brother, John Guarco, and his wife, Judy, of Mansfield Center; a niece, Megan Galucci of Charleston, S.C.; and a nephew, Alex Guarco of Stoughton, Mass.
Funeral services with burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, will be held privately.
Memorial donations may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.
