Dennis Ramsey Obituary
Dennis, the son of the late George and Adele (Wozniak) Ramsey, was born March 21, 1953, in Stafford Springs. An electrician by trade, he had been employed with the Marriot Corp., Johnson Memorial Hospital of Stafford, and the Knights of Columbus of Somers. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed a good game of golf.
Dennis is survived by his son, Matthew Ramsey of Enfield; his brother, George Ramsey Jr. and wife, Bonnie, of Somers; and his lifelong friend, Barbara Allen of Enfield. He also leaves his golden retriever, Adele, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, John Ramsey.
A Memorial Mass in celebration of Dennis's life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, at All Saints Church, Somersville, CT. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations in Dennis's memory may be made to Home and Community Health Services, Inc. Hospice, P.O. Box 1199, Enfield, CT 06083-1199 or All Saints Church, 25 School St., Somersville, CT 06072.
Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield has been entrusted with arrangements.
