Eleanor Weatherwax Obituary
Born Nov. 18, 1930, in Ware, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Francis and Helen (Bednarz) Hart. Eleanor was a resident of Enfield for over 60 years and worked for 20 years with Wallace Manufacturing before retiring in 1993. In her spare time, Eleanor found joy in completing crossword puzzles and collecting hummingbird memorabilia.
Eleanor is survived by her two sons, Francis Weatherwax, and his wife, Maureen, of Springfield, and Robert Weatherwax of Enfield; a daughter, Donna Hegedus of Cedar City, Utah; her five grandchildren; and her three great-grandchildren. Eleanor is now reunited with her husband, Roy Weatherwax, who preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1997; and her late son, John Weatherwax, who died on May 25, 1992.
Funeral services for Eleanor are private with burial to be held at the convenience of the family.
