Joe was my neighbor for the past year and he was the first person to introduce himself when I moved in last year. He also helped me installed my AC and was always nice to me and daughter of seven. Last time I spoke with him was days before he got ill. We chatted for a few and he just finished doing something good for someone I guess because he told me "I just did my good deed for today"...that was my last memory of him. Well Joe, the LORD has seen your great deed on earth now you are an ANGEL in heaven.
A quote from JIm Rohn..."One person caring about another represents life's greatest value."
You will be missed my neighbor,

Dearest Gene & Family,
My heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your dear, dear Brother Joe. This had to be sudden as I just heard from Joe on the computer very recently.
Joe was a great guy; a heart as big as life itself. Always doing for one less fortunate.
May all the happy memories you've shared over the years help suffice your great loss.
Sincere Sympathy and Love,
Rose Bilow & Brother Fred

Joe was a very generous, friendly person. He helped me as a young Sergeant in the 169th Infantry.
His knowledge of logistics and how the system worked was tremendous. I will always count him as a true friend.
