LeeAnn Chase Obituary

LeeAnn Z. (Zucchi) Chase, 57, of Enfield, beloved wife of James Chase, entered into eternal rest, Monday, Sept. 16, 2013.

LeeAnn began her life in Kensington, the fourth child, daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Lee) Zucchi. An avid gardener, she also loved to read and enjoyed crocheting, but LeeAnn's greatest pride and passion was her family, especially her children. There was nothing she cherished more than being a mother. As her children grew and began to have families of their own, LeeAnn again felt blessed with the gift of grandchildren. The cherished memories she has created will last forever in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have spent time with her.

Along with her husband, James, LeeAnn is survived by her mother, Ella Zucchi; children, Amanda Bagley and husband, Chris, of Windsor Locks and Adam Chase of Enfield; grandchildren, Mason Bagley, Michael Chase, and Laci Chase; sisters and brothers, Beverly Martin of Maryland, Louis Zucchi of Connecticut, Mariette Zucchi of Virginia, and Donna Zucchi of Florida; along with many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at Browne Memorial Funeral Chapels, 43 Shaker Road, Enfield.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Memorial donations in LeeAnn's memory may be made to the Hoffman Heart Association, c/o St. Francis Foundation, 95 Woodland St., Hartford, CT 06105-9720.
