Michael Murray Obituary
He was born March 11, 1937, in Stafford Springs, the son of the late Maurice C. and Helen (Cusick) Murray. Mike was a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Middletown, Conn., Chapter.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Ann F. Murray; a son, Michael S. Murray; granddaughters, Julie A. Anderson, and Jessica L. Lamelin; great-grandchildren, Ruben M. Ramirez Jr., Jenna Marie Seplowitz, Elijah W. Goin, and Caroline Frances Anderson; a brother, Timothy A. Murray; a sister, Catherine M. Sequeria; his companion, Adele D. McDonough of Middletown; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Esther C. Murray; a son, Eric T. Murray; three brothers, Maurice P. Murray, Patrick J. Murray, and Sean C. Murray; a sister, Mary M. Perrotti.
Relatives and friends may join the family on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville, from 5 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at 10 a.m. in St. JosephChurch, 33 West St., Rockville. Burial will be private.

Mike came into my life right after I lost my Dad. they would have been best friends. I am so glad I had the opportunity to know him. I will miss him terribly.

Although Uncle Mike wasn't my "real" uncle I will always hold my memories of him close to my heart. No matter what every time I saw him he brought a smile to my face. My thoughts and prayers are with the you all at this time. May you rest in peace Uncle Mike.

Uncle Mike was a great man that will be missed by so many. I have many memories of him that I will cherish forever. Although he wasn't my "real" uncle I feel as though he was. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
