Dear Penny.
So sorry for your loss. Your dad and I became good friends when we began training classes at the old prison in Wethersfield in 1963. He was a good friend and a good C/O. Always with a quip, a quote, and a great comeback, and always with a laugh. Sorry I wasn't at the Elks to share with others.I regret that very much. I was totally un-aware of his passing. Again so sorry. God Bless you and Family. Sincerely, Bob. C/O Retired 1985.
