Sandra A. Croft

Sandra A. Croft, 53, of Manchester, beloved daughter of Elizabeth E. Ruganis of Manchester and the late Robert D. Croft Sr., died suddenly Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Manchester Memorial Hospital.

Sandy was born Nov. 30, 1959, in Hartford and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester. She was a 1980 graduate of Manchester High School.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by three sisters and a brother, Linda Hodgedon and her husband, David, of Willington, Laurie McGrath and her husband, Gary, of Vernon, Deborah Croft and her husband, David Naglak, of Stafford Springs, and Durward Croft and his wife, Celeste, of Coventry. Other survivors include her aunt, Nolya Croft of East Hartford; three half brothers, Scott Croft of Vernon, Keith Croft of Windsor Locks, and Eric Croft of San Diego, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father she was predeceased by two brothers, Robert D. Croft Jr. and Steven A. Croft.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 22, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. at the Holmes Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 80 Main St., Manchester. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Hartford.

Calling hours will held Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
