Polkey, and his wife, Michelle, of Windsor; her grandnephew, Joseph R. Polkey; and grandniece, Amanda Soucy.

You were my next door neighbor. You were always kind. I moved away from Wilson in 1983. But it sounds like you had a happy life there. I hope so as you truly deserved it.

Shiela was my friend for many years, although work took me out of Connecticut. She was an angel who "made lemonade out of lemons," sacrificed to be her mother's guardian and she absolutely earned her place in the next life. I will miss her more than words can say. Bless you too, Carolyn.

Polkey family, My thoughts and prayers are with you today for the passing of Shelia. I knew her in Windsor High Class of 1981. She was a good person, caring and always was kind to everyone. Sincerely, Theresa Grottole, Windsor, CT

My thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of Sheila. I grew up in Windsor and Sheila was in many of my classes during our early school years. May Sheila rest peacefully as all who knew her reflect on the happy moments she provided. God Bless.
