William McLellan Obituary
Born in New Britain, the son of Eleanor (Maker) McLellan Schreiber of Manchester and the late William R. McLellan Jr., Billy lived most of his life in Vernon. He was a resident of the Oak Hill Merline Road Group Home for many years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Laurie McCrewell, and her husband, Kevin, of Willington; two nieces, Aimee Markowski of Enfield, and Brooke Cyr, and her fiancé, Justin Ryscavage, of Willimantic; his stepfather, Warren Schreiber of Manchester; his aunt, Phyllis Bartosewicz, and her husband, Ed, of New Britain; his stepbrother, Warren N. Schreiber, and his wife, Jenny, of Belchertown, Mass., several cousins and many dear friends.
Family and friends may gather at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road (Route 83), Vernon, on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a memorial service beginning at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery, Rockville.
