Betty (Lovett) Ainsworth, 86, of the Broad Brook section of East Windsor, beloved wife for 58 years to the late Robert H. Ainsworth Sr., died peacefully Friday, May 10, 2013, at Manchester Memorial Hospital.

Betty was born in Belchertown, Mass., and lived in Broad Brook for 60 years. She had worked as a school bus driver and at Eastco. Betty devoted her life to her family.
Betty was a loving and caring mother and grandmother to her children, Robert Jr., and his wife, Denise, of Coventry, William, and his wife, Donna, of Columbia, and Milton of Broad Brook; seven grandchildren, Megan Ainsworth of Coventry, Sara Almonte, and her husband, Cesare, of Vernon, William Ainsworth Jr. and Nathan Ainsworth, both of Columbia, Gloria Bonetti of Enfield, Edward Bonetti of East Windsor, and Tony Bonetti of Manchester; a brother, Albert Lovett of Suffield; and many nieces and nephews. Betty was predeceased by a brother, Donald Lovett.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 15, at 10 a.m. at the Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor. Burial will follow in Enfield Street Cemetery, Enfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
