Charlene Rose Scotti, 70, of Manchester, beloved wife for 50 years of Carmin Joseph Scotti, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the Hebrew Home & Hospital in West Hartford.

Born in Chicago, Ill., on Aug. 22, 1942, daughter of the late Anthony Scarlata and Florence Keefe, she had lived in Danbury and High Falls, N.Y., before moving to Manchester. She was a communicant of St. Bartholomew Church in Manchester.
Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Lisa Dabkowski, and her husband, Joseph Dabkowksi III, of Manchester, and Cindy Gracon, and her husband, Roger Connelly, of Fairfield; three sons, Guy Scotti of Brookfield, Steve Scotti, and his wife, Fotini, of Hurley, N.Y., and Ed Scotti of Middletown; a brother, Bruce Scarlata, and his wife, Chris, of Naperville, Ill.; a stepbrother, Dennis Keefe, and his wife, Genevieve, of Illinois; and three grandchildren, Cara Dabkowski, Joseph Dabkowski IV, and Tyler Gracon.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 28, at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery, 1318 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury.
