She was born in Hartford, daughter of Alice B. Fairbanks, and the late Richard Fairbanks. She had resided in Manchester before moving to Dennisport, Mass. She was employed in the food service industry and in home health care. In addition to being very hard working, Beth was an avid gardener, growing vegetables and flowers in abundance and getting the most joy from giving them to family and friends. She loved the ocean, a day at the beach was a day in heaven for Beth. She also enjoyed cooking and had cooked countless amazing meals for friends and family. Many will hold many fond memories of wonderful dinners and much laughter, something you could always count on with Beth. She loved her family and spoke proudly of her sons and grandchildren. We all loved Beth very much and are forever saddened. Beth will forever be in the hearts of all who knew her.
