Jonathan D. "Jon" Frazee, 54, of Enfield, formerly of Agawam, Mass., died Dec. 26, 2012, at his residence.

He was born in Beverly, Mass., a son of George L. and Barbara E. (Kilburn) Frazee of Concord, N.H. Jon was currently employed as the director of the information technology department at the Winchendon School in Massachusetts. He served in the U.S. Navy and received an honorable discharge from active service in 1980. Jon was a communicant of Holy Family Church of Enfield, was an avid science fiction enthusiast, enjoyed the field of photography, and was also the ultimate handyman creating masterpieces from wood and tinkered with most anything that needed repair.
Besides his parents, he leaves his devoted wife and best friend of 12 years, Linda E. Fredrick; and his daughter, Ellen M. Fredrick of Enfield; three brothers, Michael, Jeffrey, and Malcolm; and a sister, Cynthia.
A memorial Mass is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 18, at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 23 Simon Road, Enfield, with rites of committal and military honors to conclude at 1 p.m. at the Agawam Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam, Mass.
At his family's request there will be no calling hours and contributions in his memory may be directed to the Ellen M. Fredrick Scholarship Fund, c/o Rockville Bank, 65 Palomba Drive, Enfield, CT 06082.
