Michelle Renee Gaudreau Chakulski, 44, cherished mom, daughter, sister, auntie and friend passed from her earthly life early Valentine's morning. She was surrounded in love and comfort with her sister at her side.

Michelle was born in Manchester on April 24, 1969, and raised in East Windsor. She graduated from East Windsor High School in 1987 and went on to graduate from the University of Connecticut in 1991 and Manchester Community College in 1994. She worked as a Paralegal for Attorney Fatima Lobo for nearly 20 years, establishing a lasting friendship. Her love of music was apparent at an early age and led her to participate in the East Windsor Schools Band Program, and she became one of the first Drum Majors. She continued to play in the UConn Marching, Pep and Alumni Marching Bands. She was a sister to many in TBS Sorority. Her most important accomplishment though was being a loving mom to George.

Michelle is survived by her much loved son, George Chakulski (10); her parents, George Richard and Karen Welsh Gaudreau; her sister, Gabrielle Petruccelli and her husband, David; and nephew and niece, Nicholas and Jillian. In addition, she is survived by her grandfather, George Gaudreau; her aunts and uncles, Raymond Clark, Margaret Saulnier, Roger and Debbie Gaudreau, and Lorain and John Field. She also leaves cousins, Emily and Ray Clark, Jeremy (Kelli and Baby Juliet) Gaudreau, Diane Saulnier, Ashlyn (Chris and Baby Grayson) Rector and Alyssa Gaudreau. She also leaves her former husband, James Chakulski, and his family. She is reunited with her grandparents, George and Louise Welsh and Amanda Gaudreau and her Aunt JoAnn Welsh Clark. T U P!
