Olga Kreniski Mikolowsky of Manchester, wife of Daniel Mikolowsky, died on Dec. 22, 2012.

Olga was born on May 29, 1929, in Terryville, daughter of Peter and Christine Kreniski of Terryville. She graduated from Terryville High School in 1947 and went on to X-ray school at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md. She worked at The Wabash Railroad for a short time. She then worked at Manchester Memorial Hospital for five years. She retired in 1983 from the Pratt & Whitney Industrial X-Ray Department as a clerk for the department foreman. Olga was a Yankees and UConn basketball fan.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Stephen; and brothers, Kearney, William, Anthony, and Daniel; as well as sisters, Stephie and Antoneta. Her sister, JoAnn Wojtsik of Bristol, survives her along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 3 to 7 p.m. this Thursday at the Tierney Funeral Home at 219 W. Center St. in Manchester. A service will be held on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home, followed directly by burial in St. James Cemetery at 360 Broad St., Manchester.
