Robert E. "Bob" Teets, 59, of Vernon, formerly of Manchester, loving husband of Robin (Demko) Teets, passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2013.

He was born June 21, 1954, in Manchester, son of Sara "Anne" Teets of New Hampshire and the late Pierre "Pete" Teets. Bob graduated from Manchester High School and later attended Curry College. He was employed as a commercial roofer and had worked for several construction companies in the area over the years. Bob loved to fish, spend summers in Maine, and vacation with his family. He was an avid sports fan and had a great sense of humor. He always found a way to make people laugh.
In addition to his wife, Robin, he is survived by his son, Kevin Teets of Vernon; daughter, Breahn Neyers and her husband, Jason, of Tolland; and his three loving grandchildren, Camden, Paxton, and Kaelyn Neyers. Bob also leaves his two sisters, Judy Regan of Jackson, N.H., and Susan Desch of Peru, Ind.; his father- and mother-in-law, Dr. Richard and Lorraine Demko of South Windsor; and many loving in-laws and their families who were Bob's best friends.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Friday, Dec. 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a service to begin at 12:30 p.m. at Watkins Funeral Home, 142 E. Center St., Manchester. Burial will be private.
