Theresa Marie (Peloquin) Perrier, 84, of West Suffield, beloved wife of William A. Perrier, died peacefully on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 5, 1928, in Chicopee Falls, Mass., daughter to the late Wilfred and Bertha (St. Cyr) Peloquin. Theresa was a graduate of Chicopee High School. In 1950 she was married to William, and together they settled in Enfield and later West Suffield. She had worked painting the faces on dolls for a company in Holyoke in her younger years, and later went to work for Olympic Greeting Card Sales in Enfield for over 16 years. Theresa was a master knitter, who enjoyed knitting baby clothing, sweaters, and many other items. Together with her husband she enjoyed camping, especially on Cape Cod. A kind, caring, and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, she will be greatly missed.

Along with her husband, William, of over 62 years; she leaves her son, Russell Perrier and his wife, Kathy, of Ellington; her daughter, Debra Lee Corini and her husband, Larry, of St. Cloud, Fla.; her sister, Cecile Duprey of North Carolina; and four grandchildren, Jay and Randy Perrier and Justin and Katie Corini; along with many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Jeannette and four brothers, Henry, Francis, Alfred, and Norman.

Her family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Nicholson & Carmon Funeral Home, 443 East St. (Route 159), Suffield. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home on Tuesday at 5 p.m. Burial will be private at the request of her family.
