Veto C. Bonan, 28, of Vernon, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 17, 2014, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born Dec. 25, 1985, in Vernon and was the beloved son and only child of James and Charlene Bonan also of Vernon.
Besides his loving parents, Veto is survived by his paternal grandfather, Veto A. Bonan of New Hampshire; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Bonan; and his maternal grandparents, Charles and Florence O'Flinn; his aunt, Shawn O'Flinn; and his cousin, Jesse Young.
Veto attended Vernon public schools and Manchester Community College. All those who had the privilege and pleasure of knowing Ve knew his tenderness and his gentle, kind manner. He cared deeply about others and was always eager to help those in need. Ve loved animals and music and possessed exceptional gifts when working with computers and electronic gadgets. As a family, we begin a time to mourn, heal our deep sadness, share memories, and celebrate the life of our beloved Veto. We will miss his presence in our lives daily but will carry him in our hearts forever.
His family will receive friends on Friday, May 23, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Road (Route 83), Vernon. A private service will be held at the convenience of his family.
