Georgette N. Andrews, 93, of Ellington, beloved wife of the late Allan Andrews, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2014.

She was born Feb. 6, 1921, in St. Francis, Maine, daughter of the late Charles and Rosalie (Dube) Nadeau. She was a communicant of St. Bernard's Church in Rockville where she loved teaching CCD for many years. She also enjoyed watching EWTN and saying the rosary.
She is survived by her children Brenda Adams of Vernon, and Allan Andrews of Coventry. She also leaves her sister Bernadette Hendershot and her husband, Melvin; her grandchildren Tracy, Andrew, Elizabeth, Jennifer, and Allan; her great-grandchildren Mitchell and Rachel; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by twelve brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends may join the family from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 12, 2014, at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect Street, Rockville, CT 06066.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2014, at St. Bernard's Church in Rockville. Burial will follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Vernon.
