Joseph W. Cochran RACINE- Joseph W. Cochran, 41 , passed away unexpectedly on Thursday June 28, in his home. He was born January 13, 1971 in Racine the son of Gary Lee and Constance (nee: Marx) Cochran. Joe was a machinist by trade and enjoyed playing sports, listening to Indian music and attending Indian festivals and Pow Wows. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends. Survivors include his children: Adrianna, Joe, Jr., Mariah, and Aaliyah, a grandson Josiah, his mother Constance Cochran, a sister Rowena S. (Kevin) O’Neill, a brother John C. (Tracy) Cochran, nieces and nephews; Amanda, Ashleigh, Tim Jr., Britttney, Kyle, Kaley, and John Jr., great nieces and nephews Jordan, Braelynn, and Alex, his brother-in-law Kevin, and many special friends especially Luciano and Indian Dan. Joe was preceded in death by his father and a sister Lorie. The family will receive guests on Friday July 6 from 6-7 pm in Strouf Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of Joe’s Life at 7 pm.
