UW - Whitewater. She received her Masters in Teaching and Rehabilitation at University of Northern Colorado. She went on to work as Rehabilitation Program Supervisor for the Visually Impaired for the State of Colorado. Carole attended Galilee Baptist Church in Denver, Colorado before moving back to Racine. Then she attended Racine Bible Church. She had a beautiful voice and sang at numerous weddings and other events. Carole is survived by her brother, Reverend John (Janice) Miesel, sister, Kae,(Ard) Kiehlbauch, nieces; Brenda (Robert) Pfeil, Heidi (Jacob) Daub, nephews; Bryan (Carrie) Miesel, and John Kiehlbauch, Grand-nieces and nephews; Kristie, Katie (Daniel), Taylor (Jamie), Connor, Arianne, Amara, Laiken, Levi and Charlotte. She is further survived by special friends, Ted (Shirley) Kingsmith and their family, Bertha Vogt, Kathy Paradowski, other relatives and numerous friends. Carole was preceded in death by her parents and Step-father, also by one brother, Kenneth Dale Miesel. Funeral services will be held at Racine Bible Church, 12505 Spring Street in Sturtevant on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM with her brother, Pastor John Miesel officiating. Committal services will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park chapel. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
