Louise Warner BURLINGTON Louise A. Warner, 81, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014 at her home. Born in Burlington on May 21, 1933, she was the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (née Brook) Tess. She spent her early life in Burlington where she graduated from St. Mary's High School. She met and fell in love with Lawrence Warner and they were married in Michigan. They lived most of their married life in Burlington. Larry preceded her in death in 1990. Louise was a homemaker and a member of God's Place Church in Burlington. She enjoyed attending Bible Studies, reading, playing Bingo, journaling, collecting various things and scrapbooking. Most of all she loved her family and was always very supportive of them, just as they were supportive of her. She is survived by her children, Beth (Stephen) Leffelman, Joanne (Peter) Rome and Greg (Devera) Warner; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and a brother, Roger (Beverly) Tess. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and 8 siblings. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family or Common Grounds Coffee House in Burlington would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Riverview Manor, VNA Hospice and all the family and friends who visited with her to comfort her during this time.
