UNION GROVE - James Glenn Criplean, age 71, passed away, at his residence, December 31, 2011. He was born December 23, 1940 to Albert and Martha (nee: Callewaert- Burns) Criplean in Kansasville where he spent his early life and graduated from Union Grove High School. On December 24, 1992 he was united in marriage to Bonnie Hale in Las Vegas. She preceded him in death on October 11, 2007. James was employed by Jacobsen's Manufacturing Co. as a machinist. On his time off, he enjoyed fishing and reading. Having served in the Army during Vietnam War, he was a member of the Kansasville VFW. James is survived by his mother Martha Burns of Union Grove, his children; Edward Criplean, Debra (Phillip) Keeku, Muff Weiss (Kim Winther), Lyle (Rondi) Woodworth, Jason (Denise) Criplean, Virgil (Christina) Woodworth, his grandchildren; Phillip, Jared and Levi Keeku, Brittany Weiss, Darren and Marlo Criplean and Brandi and Mallory Woodworth. He is further survived by his sisters Mary Lou (George) Wade and Joyce (John) Friend. He was preceded in death by his father Albert, his step-father Earl, his wife Bonnie and son Donald. Relatives and friends can visit with the family on Wednesday January 4, 2012 from 5:00 PM till 8:00PM at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home. An inurnment, with full military honors, will take place at a later date at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery.
