Frank Castroreale "Chico"
On October 23, 2012, Frank Castroreale passed away at The Veterans Hospital in Loma Linda California. He was a loving father, grandfather & brother. Frank, a WWII Vet, was born in Racine, Wisconsin, from immigrant parents, on November 30th, 1926, where he worked on the family farm and was a Golden Gloves Boxer (Chicago). He started a family in 1952 and later moved to Orange County, California in 1957. As a cement mason for over 50 years, Frank was involved in the boom of Southern California. He later retired in the early 1990's. He is survived by his daughter Debra Stinson & three sons: Jeff, Rod & Tim. Four grand-children: Dana Riddle, Elizabeth Dixon, Thomas Castroreale & Jake Castroreale. Three great grand-children Ginny Dixon, Mallory Riddle & Dana Riddle Jr, Two Sisters Rosie Labraska & Frances Willis and Brother Benny Castroreale. The funeral service will be held at 11 am on November 7th, 2012 at Dimond & Shannons Mortuary in Garden Grove, Ca. Burial will be the following day at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:30 am with a full military honors. The family has decided the best way to pay tribute to him, in lieu of flowers, is to donate to the Disabled American Vets (www.dav.org) or Parents Regional Outreach Understanding Downs (www.dsaoc.org) or Autism Speaks (www.autismspeaks.org)
