RACINE - David L. Stanton, age 83, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at his residence. David was born in Portage, WI, October 13, 1929. During the Korean War he proudly served in the United States Air Force. David was employed as a T.V. Repairman in Libertyville, IL for thirty years. A ham radio enthusiast, David will be fondly remembered for his famous chocolate chip cookies. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 5, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Elliot Cohen officiating. Private interment will be held at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Town of Dover. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M.
