My deepest sympathy, she was a ground breaking pioneer for women. We will all benefit from knowing her.

Tess was ahead of her time. How many women of her generation were truly independent, earned multiple advanced degrees, traveled the world, decided not to marry or have children, fought for women's rights before there was a movement, sky dived on her 80th birthday and so much more? Wow! I am so lucky and proud to be her niece. I know she is celebrating in heaven.

Mark, Tom and family--
My heartfelt sympathies on the passing of your aunt. I didn't know her, but she obviously was a woman of strength, determination and substance. May God grant her a peaceful and well deserved rest.
