A Wake Service will be celebrated Tuesday, January 27 at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at The Holy Family Chapel at Notre Dame of Elm Grove, 13105 Watertown Plank Rd. Frenn, Eileen C. (Nee Slyne ) of Wauwatosa died peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, age 88. Beloved wife of Joseph, cherished mother of Mary Liz, Joseph Jr. (Beth), Mary Clare and Maura. Devoted grandmother to Jessica. Preceded in death by parents William and Clare Slyne and brother Patrick Slyne. Survived by other family and many friends. Visitation at ST. MARGARET MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3970 N. 92nd St., Saturday, January 31, 1:00-2:00 PM. Funeral Mass at 2:00 PM. Private entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, she graduated with a Master's from St. Michael's College of the University of Toronto and came to the United States in 1948 to teach at Marquette University where she met Joe, her husband of 58 years. She was focused on her family, a lover of the Arts, devoted to her faith, and proud of her Irish-Canadian heritage. The family wishes to extend their thanks to Dr. James Landisch, Ben Jenkins and Suzanne of Aurora Hospice, and most especially our Visiting Angels, Bertha Blackmon and Lisa McBeath for their compassionate care of Eileen during her final years with dementia. Memorials to St. Margaret Mary Parish, Early Music Now, or American Players Theater appreciated.

Farkas, Anna L. (Nee Zielinski ) Lost her battle with Alzheimer's on January 20, at the age of 91. She is survived by her sister Regina Zielinski, her sister Jenny Stranak; her children Cynthia Stranak Gross, Jeffrey Stranak, and Thomas Stranak. Also her sister Helen Dounar; her children Kathy (Vance) Dounar Warner, and Kenneth Dounar. Anna's brother Joseph Zielinski, his children Joel (Laurie) Zielinski, Jay (Linda) Zielinski and Jody (Steve) Zielinski Veeder, Many nieces, nephews, and many great nieces and nephews. Many friends, co-workers and fellow campers. Loyal and faithful retired employee of Allen Bradley- Rockwell Automation for a record of 65 years. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 4 to 7 PM with a vigil service at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at Divine Mercy (800 Marquette Ave, South Milwaukee) 10 AM. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Special thank you to the staff at Ramsey Woods for their care and support.
