Anita "Toots" Davis(1925 - 2014)

Davis, Anita "Toots" Age 88, of Greenfield, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014. She was born in Milwaukee on July 15, 1925, daughter of the late Julius and Ella (Peters) Keller. On May 20, 1944, Toots was united in marriage to Floyd Davis in Milwaukee. Toots was a member of the Golden Hawaiians, the Greenfield Glamour Girls - Red Hat Chapter and the King of Glory Altar Guild. Left to cherish her memory are, John (Diana) Davis; Lori (Dick) Haas-Eifler and Kim Davis; nine grandchildren, Stefanie (Russ) Richter; Michelle (Loc) Vu; Amy (Stephen) Kallas; Wendy (Eric) Purdin; Richard (Shane) Haas; Nicholas (Tammy) Eifler; Elliott (Dee) Eifler; Jessica Plaunt and Christopher Plaunt; 11 great-grandchildren, Janine; Vince; Amanda; Abigail; Anya; Sasha; Karina; Justin; Kaitlyn; Kaiya and Ryan. Toots is further survived by two daughters-in-law (Jeanette and Carol); two sons-in-law (Fred and Dennis) and two sisters-in-law (Dolly and Betty). Besides her parents, Toots was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd; son, Michael; daughter, Debbie and grandson, Steven Haas. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 AM on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, until the memorial service at 11:30 AM. The family would like to offer a special thank you to the staff at Age Well and Southern Care Hospice for the love and care they provided Toots during her stay.
