Fredenthal, Burton J. Ph.D. Passed away on October 18, 2013, at the age of 87. Survived by his beloved wife Olga (nee Loewenthal), devoted daughters Mindy and Constance Payne, other relatives, and dear friends. A WWII
Army Air Corps veteran, Burt was a member of many social and professional organizations. He twice served as president of the Milwaukee Area Psychological Association. A clinical psychologist in practice for over 50 years, he was a founding member and first chairman of the board of Pathfinders for Runways. Most proud of his role as one of the founders of Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology, he continued teaching and mentoring students until his retirement status as Professor Emeritus. Burt will be remembered for his good humor and love for his many canine companions. Private services were held. Memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society or a local food bank are appreciated.
