Scheid, Robert S. PhD On June 23, 2013, Robert Stuart Scheid was born to Eternal Life at the age of 64. Bob was born on August 31, 1948 to Paul George Scheid (deceased) and Mary Marcella Veeneman Scheid (deceased). Bob shared his life and love with his wife of 33 years, Clair (Brinkley) and is survived by his son, John Robert, and brother, Paul Reilly (Judy). He is further survived by many close relatives and friends. Bob's passion and dedication permeated through his personal and professional endeavors. Prior to his career as a business psychologist, Bob served as a captain in the U.S. Army. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Colorado and worked in the mental health field for 15 years. Bob gained valuable experience at youth crisis centers and Kaiser Permanente in Denver, CO. Additionally, Bob volunteered his time to Lakeside Child and Adolescent Treatment Facility and St. Amelian's Child and Adolescent Center, served as Treasurer for the Wisconsin Psychological Association, and acted as President of the Division of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in Milwaukee. Bob was also an active member in the Knights of Columbus at St. Francis of Assisi in Madison, MS. Bob brought his experience to Humber, Mundie & McClary in Milwaukee, WI, as a partner and resident psychologist. He provided assessment and management counseling to a diverse array of clients ranging from small entrepreneurial start-ups to large multinational companies. Bob specialized in family business transition and emphasized team development, leadership skills, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. He started with the firm in 1983 and served as a partner until 2011. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2013, at Christ King Catholic Church, 2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, from 10:30 AM until the time of Memorial Mass at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Marquette University High School. Bob will be remembered for his devotion to family and friends in addition to his love of the Packers, fishing, golf, skiing, tennis, and relaxing in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
