My Deepest condolences you will be truly missed I remember when I was 16 Rev Glenn Baptized me I was pregnant with my Daughter she is 52 now him and his wife was wonderful people they would help anyone and you could talk to them about anything I worked at the Daycare at the church and loved it so much and went to church their I´m 68 now it´s been a long time RIP

I first meet Ernie at the Minn airport. We were on are way to the winter meeting of Synod...We standing in a Very Cold door way waiting for a ride...Every one was picked up but us...I said to Ernie you look like you might be a preacher like me who for now are standing at the edge of the manger looking in...Reply YOU GOT THAT RIGHT BROTHER ...With a big hi five we were great friends at all Synod meetings for the next 6 yrs...YES WELL DONE MY FRIEND!!!!!

Mrs. Glenn and family: May the peace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ comfort and strengthen you today and forever more. Rev. Glenn was always there for me and others to provide words of encouragement, counsel, and give strong advise. I know you will miss him a lot. Trust in the Lord and take great joy in knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Thanks to Rev. Glenn and Christ Presbyterian Church Family I am the person I grew up to be today in Christ Jesus.

As Alderman, I worked with Rev. Glenn on the widening of Walnut street and the move of the church. Through my 9 years on City Council he was a friend and reminder of the work that needed to be done to make Milwaukee a better City.

My condolences to the Glenn family and the entire Christ Presbyterian Church family. I remember working in the summer program with my friend Angie at the church and Rev Glenn always made me feel like I was family. He truly will be missed.

Rev Glenn was my 2nd dad. He and Mrs. Glenn kept me most weekends. Took me to church and gave me a clear direction of what genuine love was suppose to be. I will miss Rev Glen he is and was the peoples Pastor. One of the best Men I have ever met.

I've known Rev. Glenn and family for over 25 years and he was always the same loving, funny, encouraging man as the day I met him. He helped me through some very difficult times in my life. Although physically not present, his memory will remain forever in my heart. "Job well done Reverend Glenn"

When my friends called me on Thursday March 7 to ask where I was they assumed I was in Milwaukee. I did not know that my mentor, big brother, pastor, confidant, the man who performed my wedding ceremony had passed.Earth hath no sorrow that heaven cannot heal, my dear fellow alumnus Ms. Idell that is what we must hold on too.Colonel Glenn brought me back into the minstry and guided me every step of the way to pass my ordination exams. love to the family and those apples of his eye the grands.

I will be forever grateful for having been blessed to have had Rev. Glenn be a significant part of my life. Although he will forever be in my heart and mind, I will miss being in his presence. When we lost my mother, he told me that I would always miss her. I will always miss Rev. Glenn and I will always remember the many things that he has taught me over the years.

Rev Glenn married my parents, my aunt and uncle, eulogized both of my grandparents and was a voice of peace and comfort when my family and I needed it the most. You will be terribly missed but I am blessed and grateful that you were a part of my family.

In our household, we will call you by your old familiar name always and will remember the smile and the loving attitude you brought to the family reunions which cannot be overlooked. My heart felt thoughts and prayers to his family during this time of loss. I knew him as Chaplain Glenn while serving in the WI Army National Guard.
Rev Glenn always set the example for us as to what it means to live this life, in this oft times crazy world as
a Christ follower. He showed us how to do it. I always had the highest respect for him as a man and a pastor.

It has truly been a blessing to know and love the Glenn family since their arrival to Milwaukee in 1966. It has been an honor for my late wife, Justine, and I to serve as God Parents to Sabrina and Micah. Rev. Glenn was an extrodinary man, always positive and joyful. He loved God and all people and had a tremendous impact on the Milwaukee community. You were much more than a pastor to our five children. Simply put, you were a GREAT man with a big heart.

I remember when I was 14yrs old I had my first job at Reverend Glenn church. He taught me patience, because the job I had was helping in a summer camp that the church offered. I worked 3 summers with him and it was purely a joy. Reverend Glenn will be greatly missed.
