I'll see you soon. I know that you've all been through a lot over these last 5 years, but it is how you carry on that is the most admirable. Much love.

To Nick, Angela, Helen and all others who knew and loved John, I wish to extend my sincere condolences at his untimely passing. Just two weeks ago you had to go through the loss of your lovely and beautiful Mother.
I'm sure Nick remembers when we were all about 13 or 14 years old and put together our first rock 'n roll band in the Kondos residence on North 84th Street. I think we had 6 guitar players, Nicky on drums and front-man named Dave Ross who had a pompadour hairdo so large it reached Waukesha County. None of us was in tune or technically very good for that matter, but it was a starting point for each of us to begin our own individual adventures in making music over the years to come. We know what John, Nick, Jerry Smith, Danny Piel, Kenny Birdoll and others all accomplished in the years to come. I recall back in 1971 hearing The Corporation on WLAC, Nashville, at 3:00 am while I was manning a radar station in southern Illinois. That was great music by anyone's standard.
May John's memory forever live on with those who loved him and through the music he loved so much and shared with so many over the years.

Dianne and I were truly heartbroken to hear of John's passing. We are at a conference in San Diego and unfortunately not able to be with you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Although we have not seen John in many years, I always felt he was like a brother to me.
Love Elliott and Dianne

John Kondos, Nick Kondos,Danny Piel, Kenny Berdoll,Pat McCarthy and myself Gerard Smith were all members of a band call The Corporation who in 1969/1970 put together 3 albums the first of which was on Capitol Records. John's and Nick's song writing had such an impact locally as well as internationally that all 3 albums have been converted to CD's and are still being sold in Eourpe today.
My thoughts and prayers are with John's family in this time of grief. May John's Music and memories bring you comfort.
