I remember all my brother's friends, Jeff, Mike, Bob and Dale, hanging out in our driveway in Wind Lake. They were a cool bunch of guys and I loved them all. They've all been gone now except for my brother and we miss all of them, especially you, Jeff. Love, Debbie Dacquisto Babaian

Words cannot express the admiration I have for Jeff as a remarkable person & artist. He was such a blessing in my life as well as in my daughter Kate's life for over 20 years. I loved him & appreciated him very much. My heart aches at his passing. There is an empty place in my life with his passing. He deeply touched many and his paintings are a rich legacy showing his love for life and work, his far reaching interests as well as his appreciation for the simple things in life. Helena Ehlke

My friend, Jeff, was a true inspiration to any person in his presence. I met Jeff as a very new RN many years ago, and he became a part of my family and circle of friends. He was a humble man - generous, and kind. I learned so much from him - realizing the importance of my own attitude toward life and the challenges it may bring. He inspired me in many ways, and I am forever grateful for the fact that I can continue to share my story of his legacy, always to inspire others. I believe Jeff is painting Heaven now - and he is in a beautiful place. Thank you, Jeff. I will see you again some day.

I saw Jeff featured on the Arts Page on PBS a few months ago but I had no idea how truly amazing his story really was until I read his biography on jsonline. His story has inspired me. Those of you who knew him are very fortunate. His life's work is so admirable and I wish I had known him as well. Rest in piece, Jeff.

We are so grateful to Jeff for his generosity, warmth and immense patience in sharing his exquisite paintings, which couldn't help but inspire everyone who experienced his presence--children through older adults. Our "Tap the Potential" project was hugely enriched by his participation.

Follow the sun Jeff...I will always remember you at Sue's Summer Solstice parties, you and Dave Gallup.. that's the last time I saw Dave before he passed. I love you both dearly. Now you can finally enjoy your Solstice and dance in the sun with Dave and John Williamson, Eros Bonomini, so many friends.. and God bless her, your mother June LaDow and of course- your Dad... and you can even bring Daffy & Little Bit this time! Jeff, you are finally free. You will always remain with us because you will forever be in our hearts. Thank you, Jeff. I am so glad we got a chance to be a family. We weren't related by blood, but we will always be family. We took care of each other for ten years. I am so thankful that my wonderful children and I will forever be inspired by knowing and loving you. We all miss you already Jeff.

Jeff has graced us with his presence at our Fun 'n Fit Disability Resource Fair for the past 7 years. His prints are proudly displayed on our walls at the Kenosha County ADRC's reception area. Jeff was not only an artist, but also a humanitarian. I am a better person because I knew him. Fun 'n Fit will never be the same. Godspeed Jeff. Thank you for all the gifts you so generously shared with us. You will always be an inspiration and you will be forever missed.
