Pelishek, Jason T. Passed away July 23, 2012, at the age of 30 years. Loving son of Thomas (Leticia) Pelishek and Jessie (Mark) McKinnon. Dearest brother of Justin. Also survived by other relatives and friends. A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, July 29, 2012, at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 7626 W. Greenfield Ave., from 12 noon until the Memorial Services at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
