One of my elementary teachers RIP
Faith Smith

This evening I was reading "The Person Who Changed My Life." Stories in the book caused me to think back to someone who changed the direction of my life. One of the first was June Zeitler who was my teacher in the 8th grade at Stewart School. After a search, I was sad to learn that she had passed without knowing how important she was to a frightened little girl giving love and support that is still felt. Thank you, Miss Zeitler. Begin your Guest Book entry h ere. I was sorry to learn of June's passing. We taught together at Stewart in the 60's and 70's. She introduced me to opera for which I am most grateful. June was a woman of exceptionally high standards, intelligence, and compassion for children. She topped those wonderful traits with a great sense of humor.
Please accept my deepest sympathy for this great loss.
