When I attended church today at St. Pius I was saddened to hear the familiar name. I'm sorry I didn't know about it ahead of time so I wasn't able to attend the service. I remember Kenny and Kathy well from grade school and I think high school at Tosa East. I extend my deepest sympathy to the family. I lost my husband two years ago at the age of 52. Rosi Kijak Hoak

Kenny was always full of life, love and was a joy to be around. I have so many wonderful memories from kindergarten through high school. It's hard to believe he could be gone. Kathy, my thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family. We know that Kenneth "Zonker" Leslie could only be in heaven. Until we meet again, love and hugs to you Kenny.

To Kennys family, Kenny will be missed greatly. There's a lot of great memories. Kenny was like another brother to me. There was a Tosa East/West game and somehow he got a hold of stickers with the red "W" on them. I beleive Tosa West won that year. Kenny and a few of his friends jumped down to the field and magically, the Tosa West players had red w's all over their uniforms. I think of him and his little red Pinto pulling up to our house and a smile spreads across my face. Thanks Kenny for all the laughs.

To Kenny's Family,
I'm very sorry for your loss and hope that knowing Kenny was well loved by many brings you some comfort.
My best friend Paulette and I grew up with her older brothers and their friends, Kenny amongst them, looking over us like we were their little sisters. Kenny also knew my family and went to school with my Aunt Chris. Grandpa will be happy to see ya Kenny even though we miss you here. Keep him company for us okay. And Paulette and I apologize for not listening to all your brotherly advise about boys. That's thirteens year olds though. We did alright though big brother. See you again one day.

Dear Colleen,
It was heartbreaking to hear of Kenny's passing. We want to extend our deepest condolences to you, Kenny Jr, Julie, Thomas and Joey.
What we remember most about Kenny is that he would light up any gathering with just his presence. That hearty "Shizzou!" coupled with a smile as wide as Lake Michigan. How could you not smile yourself?
If Saint Peter is on the ball he now has the perfect greeter for those Pearly Gates.
We'll miss you Zonker.
Love always,

Dear Colleen,
couldn't believe it when I heard about your loss. I was remembering back when all of us were young and just starting out. The group of us at LM that were all expecting at the same time, they are good memories. Let the good memories help you and your children get through this time. When our son died, that was one of the things that really made a difference. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
