Dear Eve and Family,
I just heard about Robert and am so sorry for your loss. I regret not having known him, but do know that your time together was dear to you. What a blessing for both of you to have found each other and shared your lives. You are in my thoughts and prayers, Eve.

Deepest sympathy to the entire Eiseman Family. My grandmother, Katharina Zuber, was a seamstress for many years for Florence Eiseman. She enjoyed working for Bob & Laurie and they were so kind to her. It meant a lot to her since she came to this country with nothing and was able to be a part of such a fine company and make beautiful clothes. Her sister and daughter-in-law also worked there. God Bless!

It was a wonderful experience to have known the Eiseman family since 1972 upon moving to Whitefish Bay. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

Dear Eve and Eiseman Family:
I had the pleasure of meeting Bob a few months ago and the two of us enjoyed watching our dogs meeting together at their house. Eve, I am sorry for the loss of your companion, lover, the other half of you. I received a poem when my wife passed away, I have always had it with me and read it when I am feeling low. I would like to share this with you and family.
To Those I Love by Anonymous
When I am gone, release me, let me go
I have so many things to see and do
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears
Be happy that we have had so many years
I gave you my love.
You can guess how much you gave me in happiness
But now it's time I traveled on alone
So grieve awhile for me if I grieve you must
Then let your grief be comforted by trust
It's only for a while that we must be part
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won't be far away, call and I will come
Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near
And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear
All of my love around you soft and clear
And then you must come this way alone,
I'll greet you with a smile and say "welcome home."

Bob and I were classmates at Shorewood High School class of 1949. His dad was assistant scout master to my dad in running the Shorewood boyscout troop back in the early fortys. It is an example of the value of community service that was a part of his entire life.
I was always pleased to see him at reunions and my brother, Henry Allen and I send our deepest sympathies to Laurie and the rest of the family.
Regards,

To all of you who are members of Robert D Eiseman's Family,
We will always remember Bob as an unassuming, generous and wonderfully flexible person who touched so many lives with his incredible optimism (specifically his gentle smile, his inclusive story-telling talent, his empathetic listening skills) - often without his realizing he'd done so. More lasting than what Bob said that lasts is how he lived and shared that make him an outstanding rolemodel for so many others.
Our deepest condolences and sympathy to you John and Suzanne Kessler
