Balestrieri, Joseph F. Of South Milwaukee. Found peace Mon., Feb. 21, 2011, at the age of 86 years. Beloved Husband of the late Leota (nee McCoy) Balestrieri. Loving Father of Thomas (Sandra) Balestrieri, Patricia (Roy) Stolpa, Judith Balestrieri, Janet (Richard) Rodman and Tim Becker. Dear Grandpa of Jennifer, Julie (Dennis), Laura (Brian), Brian (Heather), Candice, Michael, James and Alyssa. Great-grandfather of Erik, Thomas, Frank, Isabella, Ethan and Hayden. Loving partner of the late Judith Becker. Fond Brother of Mary (Randy) Grant and the late Jerome (Patricia) Balestrieri, and brother-in-law of James (the late Violet) McCoy and the late Robert McCoy. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Joe enjoyed playing saxophone with many local musicians and was founder of Advance Tool and Engineering. He served in the Army Air Corps. during WWII. Memorials to the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center appreciated. Funeral Sat., Feb. 26, at 6:00 PM, at the funeral home chapel. Rev. Thomas Payden Officiant. Private Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park. Visitation at the funeral home Sat., Feb. 26, 4:00 PM until the time of service.
