I am saddened to hear of the passing of Joyce. She was a neighbor at Whispering Hills and always ready with a joke. I fondly remember her great sense of humor and joy-filled spirit. The angels in heaven will enjoy her presence.

Joyce was a neighbor of mine years ago when she lived in Whipering Hills.
Whenever us ladies planned a get together we always were sure to invite Joyce. Whe was the life of our parties
with always a good story or two.

Dear Groves and Thometz family,
I was so saddened to read of the passing of my dear friend Joyce.I have many wonderful and funny mememories of the times we spent together for many years.She always spoke of her family and I probably have a story of each one of you. Kathleen, Pat, "Willy" and Tom were the joy of her life, besides her beloved Alfie. We had such fun talking politics, you all know how adament she was about that!! I know the last several years have not been kind to her, but my memory will always be of the fun,happy,opinionated, salty and wise lady she use to be.I am so sorry I will not be able to attend her service as my work schedule won't permit but I will be there in thought. The last time I saw her,several months ago, she looked me right in the eye and said,"Helena, I'm so ready to go" to which I commented, "but not to soon Joyce".She is in a very happy place now, and is united with her Alfie, but I will miss her and always think of her with love. We had a very nice connection. I've enjoyed knowing her family and I send my most sincere sympathy to you all.
