Randy and I were best friends back in the 80's.
We traveled to Las Vegas together and stayed friends until I lost track of him.
He bailed me out more times than I can count.
Sure wish I could see him again.
He taught me a lot.
Best wishes to his family.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Randy, and we extend our heartfelt sympathies for his family. Randy was a caring and committed volunteer for the Wisconsin Humane Society and his dedicated service helped both wild and domestic animals. In his nearly 4 years volunteering for WHS, he accumulated over 2,400 volunteer hours and was a recipient of the Be Kind to Animals award. We will all miss Randy, his humor, and his character. May his spirit live on in our hearts and with the animals he helped care for. Take care, Randy, you are truly missed.

Dear Rockow Family,
We are extremely saddened by the loss of Randy. In the time we knew him, he was always a kind and caring friend. His love for animals was Incredible! Joette, you can't imagine how you and Randy saved us by taking such great care of Baby (the kitty). When we could no longer care for her at our home, you unselfishly took her in as your own. We cannot thank you enough for that. Randy's volunteer work for the Humane Society was Amazing! His love for all animals was just ONE way Randy's heart of gold shined through. Five months ago, we lost our Bobby (McGuire). He was a Wonderful brother and son. We remember Randy's tear filled eyes as he read Bobby's obituary. He cared so much. Now, by GOD'S grace, Randy has met our Bobby in heaven and they are both at peace...the peace they so desperately sought on earth. Joette, Carol, and Bette, you are in our prayers. We pray that the grief you feel now will subside, and eventually turn to the Happy memories of Randy you have in your hearts. GOD Bless you all, including: Mac, Trixie, Libby & Baby.
With love,
Your friends,
Gail & Mary McGuire
Rusty & Casey too (our kitties).
xoxoxo!

Randy was one of the first people I met at the Humane Society Wildlife Center. When I introduced myself he told me how he used songs to remember people's names...and mine would be "Jennifer Juniper." From then on every week he greeted me with "Hello, Jennifer" even though most called me "Jenn." That always made me smile! I looked forward to seeing him each week so that we could swap yet another cat or squirrel story. I will miss him a lot.
I hope your tears are short and your fond memories of Randy are long. Very sincerely yours, Jenn Rochon
