Jason Poppe Obituary

Poppe, Jason Amedee Called to his eternal home with his Savior, Christ Jesus on January 11, 2010, age 18 years. Beloved son of Todd and Dawn (nee Lowry). Loving brother of Sara and Nicholas. Dear grandson of June and the late Amedee Poppe and Richard and Janice Lowry. Nephew of Jay Poppe, Susan (Harry) Kohler, Dawn (Steve) Roder, Kim (Tim) Graff, David (Denise) Lowry. Further survived by cousins Matt, Pam, Jake, Rachal, Adam, Lucas, Stacy, Sam and Jake, other relatives and friends. Jason was a 2009 graduate of Germantown High School and was excited about the prospects of starting the second semester with a special teacher and classmates in WCTC's carpentry program. Jason loved being outside riding ATVs, wave runners or his snowboard just as much as he liked mowing the yard and shoveling snow. His greatest gift was the kindness and love he showed for and to others. Visitation Friday, January 15, at BETHLEHEM LUTHERAN CHURCH, N84 W15252 Menomonee Ave., Menomonee Falls, from 9 AM until time of service at 11 AM. Private interment Sunnyside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials to Bethlehem Ev. Lutheran Church or the WCTC Carpentry Program Scholarship Fund which has been established in Jason's name.
