David Kotlarek Obituary

Kotlarek, David S. April 23, 2011. Age 81 years. Preceded in death by his loving wife Jane (nee Rudowski). Beloved father of Pamela Budda, Colin Kotlarek, and Karen (Steve) Donovan. Loving grandfather of Alexandra Budda. Great-grandfather of Kayli. Brother of Melvin (Elaine) and the late Conrad (Jodi) Kotlarek. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Village of Manor Park. Dad loved his music and enjoyed playing golf. Veteran of the Korean War and Retiree of the Chrysler Corp. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 27, at 7:00 PM, at Schaff Funeral Home. Visitation Wednesday at the funeral home 4:00 PM until time of services. Entombment Thursday at 10:00 AM, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, please meet at the cemetery parking lot.
