Carl Heuer Obituary

Heuer, Carl Died on May 26, 2012, at age 87. He was born on June 14, 1924 in West Bend the son of Carl and Minna (nee Peterson) Heuer. He graduated from the Marquette School of Engineering. He worked at A.O. Smith for almost 40 years. He is survived by his devoted cousin Carol Halling and his dear friend Janet Horning and Liebchen, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Eileen. A heartfelt thank you to Vitas Innovative Hospice and Mount Sinai for the wonderful medical care provided to Carl. Visitation Thurs., June 14, from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM memorial service at the Prairie Home Cemetery Chapel, 605 S. Prairie Ave., Waukesha. Memorials are appreciated to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association, 945 N. 12th Street Suite 4602, Milwaukee, WI 53233.

Carl and I met by chance and shared a delightful friendship. He was such an entertaining conversationalist with knowledge and curiosity about so many interests in life. I know he will be missed by many of us.
