Stroessner, Raymond E. Found Eternal Peace on Saturday, August 2, 2014, at the age of 91. Reunited with his wife Dorothy, who passed away 20 years ago on the same date, and his eldest daughter Judy Sumiejski, who passed away in 2008. He is survived by his three devoted daughters, Debra (the late Raymond) Wingfield, Sharon (Keith "Rick") Baumann and Peggy (Richard) Kautz. Proud grandfather of Ronald Sumiejski, Brandon (Laura) Sumiejski, Rick (Elissa) Curro, Angela (Kevin) McCartney, Shannon (Marcus) Baumann, Richard (Carla) Kautz, Michael Kautz and Jackie (Terry) Langdon. Ray has 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. He is further survived by two sisters-in-law, Joyce (Elmer) Stroessner and Alice (the late Carl) Neuenfeldt, along with many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at the FUNERAL HOME from 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM. A Celebration of Life for Ray will begin at 12:00 PM. Burial at Pinelawn Cemetery. Ray devoted 27 years to the City of Milwaukee as a police officer. Served active duty during WWII in the Air Force. He is a member of the American Legion Post 23. He was a diehard Green Bay Packer fan and an avid enthusiast motorcycle rider in his earlier days, but his family was always job #1!!!
