Dear Mike, Ellen, Brad, Holly and grandchildren. I remember the first time I met Mr S and he said, "Who are you"' I said I am a saleswoman here and he said with a smile "welcome to the family. I knew then I was in the right place and for the next eighteen years cherished the kind words and support your family showed me. The Christmas parties were never without Mr.&Mrs S greeting everyone. Mike I spent my time at DCOM and Subaru City under your genuine care, compassion and guidance and I know that was instilled in you by your father and mother. What a blessing. I know both your parents will continue to watch over your family. Memories will keep them alive in all our hearts.

Back in 1969 I returned from the service and needed a car, Mr. Schlossmann personally helped me find the right car for the money I had. No pressure, also assisted in finding financing, hard for a young vet. Will never forget his kindness and help. Was a 1969 Charger.

Dear Brad and Mike. Take some time to ponder how many lives were changed by your dad. He was inspirational not only to those who worked with him on finding a cure for digestive diseases, but to those patients who found relief from their pain. He will be missed for his sympathetic heart and was an inspiration to those around him.

I didn't know him but was impressed by the story in the paper about Mr. Schlossmann. My son works at the Subaru dealership and I take my car there and will lease my next one from there. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Schlossmann family. I was fortunate to be able to work with Bob the way I did. It was a blessing to have known him, he was truly a gift. He was a joy for me to work with and be friends with. We were so close for so many years and did so many wonderful things together. May you all know how special Bob was and what a gem of a human being he was. I think of him often and learned so much from him.

I had the pleasure of working for the Schlossmann family for 29 years. Mr "S" took a chance on an inexperienced young man and helped to shape my life and career. For that I will be forever grateful. He was an honest and generous man of integrity and I respected him immensely. RIP Sir.
