Ann Rosen passed away peacefully at home on March 31st, surrounded by those she loved. She is survived by her husband Ira Rosen and children Alli Rosen and Max Rosen, parents Bill and Sarah Baumgartner, sisters Phyllis Scott and Lucy Looper and brothers John, James and Joel Baumgartner.

Ann loved dance and music. She taught classes and performed in many local events. Her love of dance and music inspired those she danced and performed with. Ann loved her life in Juneau. Hiking, walking, skiing and running outdoors were among her favorite activities. Her greatest love was spending time with her family.

Ann worked for Alaska Airlines for over twenty-five years, retiring in 2011.

In lieu of flowers, please give a donation in her name to Heifer International or Operation Smiles.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
