Daniel Richard Trapp, Sr. passed away peacefully on October 26th at Bartlett Regional Hospital. He was born to Blanche and Gerald Trapp in San Bernadino, California on April 11, 1959. He moved to Juneau as a young boy to live with his sister (Judy Tobacco) and her family. He loved Juneau and all the outdoor activities it offered. He enjoyed duck hunting, deer hunting, trapping, fishing, and boating. As a young man he was very talented at gun refinishing- taking great pride in customizing his craft. Dan is survived by his wife (Angie DeAlexandro Trapp), his brother-in-law(Edward Tobacco), his siblings Geraldine (Gary) Secreto and Karen (Larry) Forbes; his three nieces Juanita (Milo) Perry, Tammy (Tim) Burdick, Angie (Tim) Webb; his three children Daniel (Danielle) Trapp Jr., Ryan (Ann Marie) Trapp, and Tyler Daniel Trapp (Jasmine Howard), three grandchildren Jake, Brooklyn and Finley Trapp; a fourth grandchild on the way; and many great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents, Blanche and Gerald Trapp; and siblings, Judy Tobacco, Darlene Montoya and Kenneth Trapp.
