Earl Kent Hudson Jr passed from this life into the arms of his Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 5:10am, at the age of 62, after a short battle with cancer. On June 26, 2017 at around 12:10pm, earl's final wish was fulfilled. He was created at the Alaskan Memorial Park.
He is proceeded in death by his mother Zora Constance Sembrowich Hudson & father Earl Kent Hudson Sr; his Uncle John Louis Sembrowich; mother-in-law Myrna Johnson & brother-in-law JD Johnson.
He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Hudson of their home in Juneau, AK; brother Brian Hudson & wife Buki of Kona, HI; Aunt Vera McDowell & Cousin Maureen McDowell of Ansonia, CT; many cousins & friends.
He had a great talent of bringing a smile to everyone's face he came in contact with. He was a great mechanic & general manager. Earl loved to volunteer at the Last Chance mining Museum, pan for gold, cook, take long drives out the road with his wife Brenda to whale & bird watch. To sum it all up; he loved life, but most of all Earl loved God, his wife, family, and friends. He'll be missed by many who loved and respected him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 8, 2017, at 2:00pm, at the First Baptist Church of Juneau at 4625 Glacier Hwy, Juneau, AK. Officiating will be Pastor Eugene Williams & the Rev. Wilson Valentine. There will be a potluck dinner and fellowship after the Celebration of life, and we're asking whoever wants to join us to bring a potluck dish.
