Flora Anne Tagaban was born May 13th, 1948 in Wrangell, Alaska. In 1966 she married Clifford Tagaban of Petersburg, AK. They were married for 48 years before her passing on August 14th, 2015. In those years they had three children Clifford (Speed) Tagaban Jr., Louis Tagaban, and Mary Tagaban.

Flora loved her family and children. While she was raising her young family in Petersburg, AK, she found joy in serving as the school lunch lady, Drill Team Coach, Tee Ball Coach, Umpire at the "Parents Kids Game", honorary Little League Coach and score keeper. She was always there for everyone with an encouraging smile and coaching advice.

Eventually, she and Clifford moved to Juneau where she was known for being the loudest supporter at softball games and spending time with all her grandkids. She just loved being with family and was the nucleus that kept her family close to one another. She was always there for anyone and everyone in time of need; she was purposefully never too far from her cell phone.
Flora was a kindhearted, empathetic and supportive woman always full of joy and love. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, children and 11 grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews and Aunts and Uncles.

Please join us in her Celebration of Life on Friday August 28th at the Juneau Christian Center at 4:00 PM. Following will be a reception – potluck style (Flora always loved everyone else's cooking).
